YOUR PROFILE

You are passionate about construction and architecture and have at least 4 years of experience in technical sales or project management (preferably in the construction industry or in the interior design industry)

You have strong leadership skills and organizational talent, you take responsibility and can be a coach and mentor for your colleagues


Complex and challenging work stimulates you, you are a go-getter who likes to dot the "i's" and cross the "t's".

You are very flexible and you have a "can do" attitude, you see solutions and anticipate problems

You are a strong communicator and like to document your proposals in appealing and clear presentations

You are fluent in English. Dutch, French or Spanish are a plus.

THE FUNCTION

As a Senior Project Manager you will be a consultant, responsible for the follow-up and execution of the architectural hardware in high-end residential projects. As a team player you like to coordinate the entire process from specification to support during the installation (including the production in our own workshop) with the client, architect, contractor and the internal production team and R&D department. Furthermore, you are able to take charge of a team and make the necessary rectifications or coaching.

Your tasks as Senior Project Manager will include the following:
  1. You specify and manage high-end residential & boutique hotel projects, from initial contact with client, to final installation: preparing samples, making presentations, visit jobsite and/or arrange for showroom visits
  2. You source and propose correct hardware solutions, quote and schedule the hardware package, aid in the development of custom solutions and follow up throughout the process. -You assist the contractor/installer with technical information before and during the installation process.
  3. You can use AutoCAD to produce designs, presentations and technical solutions.
  4. You are an intrapreneur and proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and practical solutions, so to improve processes, raise the company’s productivity and expand the activities to new markets.
  5. You are in constant communication with the Belgian teams: with the R&D team for custom solutions, with the team in the workshop and with the principal.
